It provides firms with the opportunity to:

  • benchmark their current workplace wellness strategies against best practice
  • assist firms with developing a best practice workplace wellness strategy for the first time<
  • improve their current program.

The process is conducted via a specifically designed survey for the legal profession that addresses both the health and wellbeing of your people and that of your organisation as a whole.

Members have 12 months to achieve endorsement status and the program is designed to provide members with the relevant support and tools to meet the requirements.

Each member firm will receive a detailed report as part of the Program inclusive of recommendations.
Endorsed firms will be bestowed with the Endorsed Healthy Workplace mark.
