LIV Wellbeing Initiatives

The LIV is committed to providing quality support and wellbeing programs to ensure that legal professionals have access to the information and resources they need to maintain good health and wellbeing.

In addition to the broad range of existing resources available to support members at every stage of their legal career, the LIV hosts an informal weekly running and walking groups.

Become a sponsor

Provide financial support for the workshops and various programs and be acknowledged as a supporter of the wellbeing of lawyers and legal professionals in Australia.  This type of support lends itself to organisations wishing to establish a credible profile within the legal industry.

Become an ambassador

WATL Ambassadors from across the legal community are lending their support to the Foundation by sharing their experiences and telling the legal community that asking for help is not an admission of weakness.

Ambassadors may assist the WATL Foundation through:

  • Public speaking – drawing on your own experiences to extend the WATL message and raise awareness of mental health condition in the legal profession and how to overcome them
  • Supporting events and campaigns – hosting, attending or speaking at awareness-raising and fundraising activities
  • Engaging with their own networks
  • Attracting new ambassadors
